  A very convenient blood test laboratory. If you have an appointment, the staff is quick to take you. I waited, 0 minutes to be called. The waiting room is small but well lit and clean. The staff have a pleasant disposition, they process you quickly and offer nice conversation as you wait for your test. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

  I dont remember the gentlemen name but he was tall and Hispanic. He was wonderful and good hands i did not feel the needle love this place.

  I had an appointment today for blood work after scheduling in advance. The number of tests ordered by my doctor was quite large, but the phlebotomist, Ike, took the time to go through each one carefully. He explained which tests might not be covered by insurance, walking me through them one by one, and offered helpful advice, which made me feel very reassured. This was by far the most blood I’ve ever had drawn, 20 tubes in total, so I was understandably nervous. Ike was extremely considerate and professional. He offered me water, adjusted the seating so I would be comfortable, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the process. Because of the large number of tubes, a female phlebotomist also assisted so the draw could be done smoothly and efficiently. Thanks to their teamwork, the process went faster than I expected and was handled very well. I’m truly grateful to Ike and the entire staff for their care and professionalism. If I need lab work again in the future, I would absolutely choose this location. Thank you.

  3180 Main street in Bridgeport, CT my favorite Quest. They 98% are on point with wait time, customer service (this morning my tech apologized 10 times for the wait, and honestly, it wasn't that bad) Drawing blood with 1 prick... just an awesome staff and the facility is Clean and well kept! Keep up the good work

  I take my son who's wheelchair bound and has Cerebral Palsy to this Quest. The technician have been excellent the two times I've taken him there. They have with drawn blood from my son quick and with ease. Love it this far!
