  Absolutely phenomenal. The medical technician. Michael was kind and respectful, the student Kai was very thorough and respectful, the provider. Jonathan was absolutely phenomenal. He took time to listen to my concerns and get me seen immediately at a different location that could better help me I will always come back to this urgent care.

  The whole staff were really nice and professional. The PA was easy to talk to and informative. The facility however was really cold. I felt really bad for the staff. I know it is under new management, but that was the coldest I remember it ever being in there.

  It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had getting blood drawn. The girl who Did my the bloodwork, blew Out my vein where it swelled up so bad almost the size of a golf ball. How their other services are, I have no clue. I had to go to another urgent care. And after the third Urgent Care, the gentleman in Trumble actually, Did a terrific job. No pain no black and blue sometimes three times is a charm, but not when you’re trying to rush to get back on a ferry to Long Island.
