  The absolute medical service I have ever experienced. I spent 30 years in the medical service and have come across thousands of techs, Phlebotomists, Dr,'s Nurses, etc. Today, the Phlebotomists was confused as to what labs needed to be drawn. it was not a normal collection which I under which I understand and hold no ill will against her for. As I was leaving a co-worker "Regina" who already helped the Phlebotomists was in the hallway as I was leaving. I was obviously upset as I was not getting the labs I needed we walked back into he room spoke to the phlebotomist and then she stated Stated "its not our responsibility to know what labs you need. That is your responsibility. What do you want us to do? How are we supposed to know?" At this point I stated I can clearly see where this is going I am leaving and I will figure it out at another lab. She began yelling (screaming) at me. I Walked out and then realized I needed her name to file a complaint. I went back in to get her name and she screamed (from behind the locked door) R--E--G--I--N--A-- and GO CALL CORPORATE". I asked for her last name she said "ITS NON OF YOUR BUSINESS" I walked out and she chased me out to the parking lot screaming and then slammed the door. I couldn't even comprehend what she was saying. I caution all to not step foot in this facility unless she is removed.

  This is one of the WORST Testing facilities I've EVER been to!!!! They have NO CLUE what it means to be a health care provider. They work at a snail's pace. The majority of the staff is rude, and disrespectful; especially the girl with short light Brown hair and piercings in her face. If I could give them a NEGATIVE -10 I would !!!!

  made an appointment for 2:15. Got there, signed in. 35-45 minute wait. very I'll. hard to wait.

  Really dirty waiting area and all over. No human contact at all upon check in. A filthy dirty iPad is there for check-in and is visibly filthy. Wait is too long and I was so disgusted with filth I left.
