  Easy to make an appointment. Easy checking. Phlebotomist did a fast, painless, draw. Made sure the right tests were being performed. I felt at ease throughout the experience.

  Every person I have encountered at this facility has been kind and efficient. They all seem to enjoy their jobs. Very welcoming.

  If you have an appointment at a not busy time, they get you in right away. I've been going here for a few years but yesterday I had a really lovely and fun phlebotomist

  I showed up late to my appointment by 5 minutes, checked in, and then waited. There was traffic and then a lot of emergency vehicles also took over the road, so that slowed us down on the road too. A woman politely came to get me but another gentleman came out from the back and dismissively told her I was too late and have to make another appointment. I won’t be doing that. It felt like she just wanted to do the draw but he didn’t want her to. I don’t think it takes 15 minutes to draw blood. Anyway, I didn’t want to argue and put them out. But I wish I had the opportunity to explain and just get the quick blood draw.

  Totally professional, clean, quick and easy. Terrific staff. Not one issue. Results later in the day and sent to all my doctors.
