  Have called 4 times over the last few weeks to have important health records sent that my doctor needs for my care. Still have not received them. Seems like the office staff just doesn’t care. I keep being told that they’ve “stepped out early for lunch” or they’ll send them “later”. Years ago I also had an incident where my doctor recommended an in-office lab panel, and I was billed >$400 for it. I was a student and it was devastating to get this bill. I had a very common insurance and the medical team should have known better (unknowingly to me the test was run through through an affiliation with a hospital). The office offered me no sympathy except offering to put me on a payment plan. While I’m sure the current providers are excellent, I’m really disappointed by the office staff.

  Everyone in this office is always very kind to myself and my family . I have been going to this office for 20 years and have always had a pleasant experience.Dr Buckman is courteous and very professional along with his staff as well

  This is the second time I have had an issue making an appointment. Both times I was told to go to the walk in. This cost double on my insurance. So why even have a primary care provider? It’s Monday and they can’t get me in until next week. Definitely looking for a new doctor.
