Then they gave me eye drops and said to wait 10 minutes, which turned into 50! A couple even gave up and left because of the delay. And to make things worse, there’s no comfortable place to sit!

With no advance warning they would be running late. In fact the receptionist had to call to find out when they would be arriving. Total unacceptable. Didn't leave there until after 1130am. And that was just for the exam.
