  Appointments are quick, easy and the staff is very pleasant. My wife and I have any of our bloodwork done at this location.

  The most run down building in town with 0 attempts to fix it up. Not shoveled from snowstorm, no ramp for those in wheelchairs. Moldy, dripping ceilings, and genuinely hasn't been touched since the 70's aesthetic wise. Worse than that, beyond the newer TV/computer combo for check in, the medical equipment is equally dated. I was told I could not lay down for the blood draw because "the chairs don't do that" and when I asked if there was a room with one that did they said "yes but its broken". As someone who is faint giving blood as an adult I know it sounds silly but why make it challenging when it's such a simple fix? What if a child or someone sick passed out onto the floor? I was literally told it was "better if I just didn't get nervous" and got through it quickly to make it easier for everyone. There are Quest's all around CT and I've never had this experience before. Why wouldn't I drive the extra 10 mins to Newington or New Britain. Fix this place up or close it. Insane.

  It is such an easy process to make an appointment and there is no one who makes it easier to check in than your facility! No matter which Quest I have gone to, the expertise and friendless is just great! All your technicians are very skilled!
