  Perfect experience from the beginning to end : ease to make the appt on Quest portal , no wait when I arrived, blood draws were painless, and the results were posted in < 24 hours .

  Extremely frustrating. There's no one to speak with at the testing center or on the phone if you call. Why do companies do this??? I just had to drop off samples for someone else but I had to wait because there's no way to just drop something off. Here's a crazy idea - have someone sitting at a desk in the lobby. I had to leave without dropping off the sample. They have gone out of their way to make the process very difficult and frustrating. Terrible.

  Terrible location, says they open at 7:30 until you find a small employee door in the back that says they actually open at 8

  I visited Quest to DROP OFF my 24-hour urine sample (properly labelled and documented). The staff required me to make a "standby" appointment and wait until they could "fit me in," when all they needed to do was accept the container and say "Thank you." Had to wait about 45 mins. Very inefficient process and a waste of my time. While I waited, they treated another customer the same way. She was there just to PICK UP a container for a test, but they wouldn't just hand her the container and let her leave. Very disappointing service.
