  The use of AI can not replace the dentist judgement. I was shown a bunch of red rectangles made by AI and dentist indicates that maybe no all of them need dentist attention and referred the patient to an adult dentist without a clear diagnostic. On top of that I was pressure to transferred my youngest to the new dentist too. If the practice can not support the ammount of patients with the current personal, they should be more transparent.

  We had a great visit! There was a last minute change due to a doctor not being available but they managed it seamlessly for us still keeping the appointment and providing great care.

  First time visit at a pediatric dentist office for my toddler and it was a great experience. I was nervous for obvious reasons; I didn't know what to expect or how my toddler would react. I've been preparing him for a while and explaining that the going to the dentist was a good thing. The office was nice, clean, and cozy. The staff were cordial. We got in right away and was met by Dr. Cosgrove and the hygienist/assistant. She was very professional and great with my child. She explained everything and made him feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The whole cleaning and check up took less than 30 minutes. If you have multiple children, you can book their appointments at the same time. Overall, a great experience for my child and I; I highly recommend them.
