May was working with numerous customers at the same time. She was alone at the store so we all patiently waited for her to get to us. She did amazing but it took so much longer than I had anticipated. Thus 4 not 5 stars. With that being said she knows her stuff. I overheard her talking to other customers. She didn't pressure anyone but almost everyone bought the insoles.
For me this has solved many of my insole issues a couple of which are fitting them in dressier shoes and having multiple pairs to chose from.
