She did amazing but it took so much longer than I had anticipated. Thus 4 not 5 stars. With that being said she knows her stuff. I overheard her talking to other customers. She didn't pressure anyone but almost everyone bought the insoles. For me this has solved many of my insole issues a couple of which are fitting them in dressier shoes and having multiple pairs to chose from.
