For highly regulated or expensive drugs, you will likely have a more positive customer service experience and obtain the medication for cheaper if you go elsewhere. Personal Example: I obtained a 30-day supply of a highly regulated drug from Summit Pharmacy for $82; all transactions were efficient and all-based. King Soopers charged me $220 for the same 30-day supply, and staff was consistently belittling during our interactions.

This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with their rudeness, and I won’t deal with it again — I’ve already transferred my prescriptions elsewhere.

This older lady answering the phone was rude and not helpful in the least! First, they don't let you know when they don't have the medication in stock, then she proceeds to tell me none of the other king soopers will either. Call my doctor she says! But I called the Loveland one and they were very nice and they had what I wanted. Hmmmm! The 253 E. 29th St. In Loveland have always been nice and helpful on the phone. This lady should be fired it sounds like by reading the reviews!! And Loveland had it ready 15 minutes after I called !!!
- JGJ GreenoughJul 20, 20223.0This pharmacy has really suffered since COVID. A number of their staff quit to avoid the jab, & this really impacted the great customer service they use to provide. Closing the drive-thru was the worst choice though, for someone like me who can't stand very long. I am giving them 3 stars, because I think the limited staff has done the best they could under the circumstances.
