  Shout out to Mariah who found another King Soopers nearby that had my emergency medication in stock, and had them fill my prescription. I got a message saying it was filled before I even left this King Soopers to go there. She kindly explained that my insurance would not pay for any other brand or even a generic of this medication. She explained everything in a way that I could understand, even though I was exhausted. Thank you, Mariah!

  I had a terrible experience here trying to pick up a medication. The tech on the phone was extremely rude to me when I asked questions or tried to gain any understanding of why my med was having a difficult time being filled. She then hung up on me, after calling again and speaking to Dianne who was much kinder and she assured me that my prescription was filled and ready unlike I had previously been told.
