I started Club Pilates Wheat Ridge in May at the recommendation of my physical therapist, and it has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my body and overall well-being. I began with private lessons, which gave me a strong, safe foundation and helped me build confidence and proper form before moving into group classes. That thoughtful progression made all the difference—and I’m proud to say I’ve now completed 100 classes.
The instructors are kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They meet you where you are, pay close attention to form, and encourage growth without ever pushing you beyond what’s safe. You can tell they are deeply invested in their clients’ success and long-term health.
A special shout-out to Amy, Amanda, Peggy and Maggie—my go-to ladies for success! Their encouragement, expertise, and positive energy have played a huge role in my progress and kept me motivated every step of the way.
The studio itself is always spotless and welcoming. From the clean equipment to the grip socks that help keep everyone safe and healthy, every detail is clearly considered. The front desk staff deserves a special shout-out as well—supportive, friendly, and always happy to help you find the right class, answer questions, or even help you pick out the best merch (yes, including the cutest grip socks, pants or mascara)!!!
Club Pilates Wheat Ridge has been an incredibly positive, empowering journey for me. Whether you’re rehabbing, building strength, or just looking for a sustainable movement practice, this studio offers a supportive community and top-tier instruction. I can’t recommend it enough.
I was originally excited for a Pilates place to open up in Wheat Ridge, only to be disappointed with the rude and stuck-up attitude of the people who work here. As well as it being overpriced and predatory membership schemes. I also hear they're rude to the people who work the restaurants next to them - nasty
I’m traveling from Apex, North Carolina, where I go to Club Pilates Apex, NC and joined on September 1, 2025. My Pilates journey there has been excellent — I’ve learned so much, gained strength, and really enjoy the instructors! The only challenge at my home studio is how stressful it can be to find classes, juggling between studios and travel times just to get a spot.
Now about Club Pilates Wheat Ridge, Denver — this studio is beyond my expectations! Finding classes here, even on weekends, is so easy with no waitlists and plenty of open spots. The studio is beautiful, spacious, super clean, and has two bathrooms.
The club owner is doing an excellent job managing this beautiful studio — everything runs so smoothly! And the instructors are absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, passionate, hands-on, and so friendly.
A special thanks to lead instructor Tammy — she’s outstanding! I also want to thank each instructor I met during my visit; everyone brought their own unique style and twist to the classes, which made my experience even more enjoyable.
If you ever get the chance, please come visit us in Apex, NC — we’d love to have you there too! 💙
This club is awesome. The staff are inclusive, friendly, attentive. The instructors are fierce, knowledgeable, supportive. My Pilates journey has been greatly enhanced since joining this club in March 2025, and I have no plans to take classes anywhere else. Thanks, CP team. I’m healthier, stronger, more flexible, and more mentally and physically aligned due to your support.

I joined Club Pilates What Ridge before they opened their doors in March. It has been the best decision I could have made. The club has provided me with remarkable physical changes, I am stronger and better balanced, and a wonderful community of neighbors I didn't know I had. The front desk staff is so welcoming, especially Kate, Diane and Bri, and start my sessions off with a smile. The instructors are patient and knowledgable and have helped me improve. Natasha, Amy, Tammy and Amanda deserve a special shout out. It may sound a bit hokey, but their instruction really has changed my life.
