They continued to charge us monthly, and when we tried to use our ivs that weren’t used the prior months they told us we couldn’t and you had to use it during that month. We were never told this from the beginning…I made several attempts to see if we could get them back and 2-3 employees told they would have the manager call me. Never heard from anyone there. After canceling last month, I’m looking at my bank statement and they charged me again. You would think a founding member I would get a call back after I explained to one of employees why I was canceling! Nope!

I tried both cryo and compression therapy, and I highly recommend it. If you haven’t been to this iCRYO location yet, definitely give it a try.

She also explained other options which I will consider in the future. Excellent franchise and investment that they have right inside of the Orchards. This is a must visit for people who have inflammation, been in car or motorcycle accidents, surgeries and more.
