- JWJ. WagonerNov 26, 20255.0I found Dr. Nicholson because I have a mouth full of very old mercury amalgam and some of the fillings had begun to break apart... I did some research and felt confident that she would be able to handle my mercury safely and take my concerns seriously moreso than other dentists who had tried to minimize my worries instead of actually addressing them. I typically despise going to any dentist, but a funny thing happened: I actually fell in love with her practice. For the first time in my life I'm now flossing and I'm growing confident in my smile-- a filling on my front tooth also started breaking apart and she did a magnificent job rebuilding it with a beautiful color match. I'm also feeling better physically as these old, cracked fillings are being removed. I look forward to our visits and I don't care that she's out-of-network for my particular insurance-- I wouldn't go anywhere else. I feel truly grateful for the time and effort that she's put into me. Her staff is also simply excellent!

I've wanted to replace the crowns on my front teeth for many years but I never felt truly comfortable moving forward until I began working with Dr. Nicholson and her team. Dr. Nicholson took the time to understand my concerns, talk through my fears, and approach the procedure with a calm confidence that immediately put me at ease. Elsa, her assistant, was wonderful -- efficient, supportive, and skilled. Mayra coordinated my appointments, insurance, and everything with the lab seamlessly, which made the entire process smooth from start to finish. The experience in the chair was excellent as well, complete with headphones and a movie to help me relax. I couldn't be happier with the level of care I received.

The staff were friendly and helpful and Dr Nicholson was kind, friendly and extremely thorough. She explained exactly what she was doing and pointed out areas of concern on my x-rays. She checked how I was doing throughout and never seemed rushed or bothered by my questions. If you have a fear of dentists, this is the place for you. Everyone should have a dentist like Dr. Nicholson.
