With my son and we have been seen there for years. We got there and they said our insurance was out of network so we had to go somewhere else. I was just seen there months prior and then they looked again and it was fine?! So they let us see the doc. I have a new pair of glasses and they are not working, I cannot see clearly out of them. We swapped lenses but they still aren't working. The doctor said he'd do a recheck and I came for my appt and they said they had no notes, the doctor isn't in and they are going to charge me. I'm so frustrated with the lack of miscommunication and poor customer service. We will be leaving the practice.
