  Last May I needed a hearing test and went through my insurance company to have it done. My hearing has been slowly going bad for several years but it's one of those things you don't realize until it gets really bad. I don't want to bad mouth the company that did my exam, but I'd never had a hearing test done before and thought it was fine. They set me up with some fairly decent aids but I've been having issues trying to hear. Some sounds were so loud I'd literally jump out of surprise etc., and I couldn't understand much of what I was hearing. It was awful! Recently I receive a letter in the mail from Miracle Ear Westminster offering a free hearing test and I decided maybe I should try it and basically get a second opinion. I was impressed with the test as Adam not only did the beep test with headphones he did several other tests including audible words and I took the results to the first center to get an adjustment. They scheduled me 2 months out! So, I rescheduled with Adam and he was able to log into my aids and did the adjustment to his test results and wow! What an amazing difference in how the same aids perform. Miracle Ear even went as far as to offer their lifetime gold service plan to me, even though they didn't sell the aids. Which is a great investment for my hearing needs. Adam is truly a professional who care about his patients hearing and also explains simply what is going on. If you are having hearing issues don't look any further than Miracle Ear Westminster Colorado. I highly recommend them!

  SO thankful to the staff at Miracle Ear Westminster! Specifically Adam and Tina! I went for a hearing test, believing this location was in the referral group for my new insurance coverage....After spending about an hour and a half with me: full hearing test, detailed and specific responses to my questions, etc.... They found out that my insurance would NOT cover the visit. I felt terrible. They were so gracious and understanding, reassuring me, and EVEN tried to help me find a service within my network! I cant say enough. Sally L.

  I've been a customer at this location for years now, The staff has changed a couple of times but you are always greeted by friendly smiling faces and made feel like family. They never hesitate to make time to take care of you and your problem. They are truly great to their customers and very professional. Highly Recommend.
