- DDDarren DePlontyNov 14, 20252.0The staff was fine, my issue is solely with the cost of the visit vs. the care given. $139 to be told I have dry eyes. 10 minutes of interaction and no follow-up needed. When I scheduled the visit the person that took the appointment did mention their would be an office visit charge, but most people think in terms of copays - $25 or $40 - something in that range. You might want to inform patients of what it really could be. The lesson I learned is I’ll wait for my issue to get MUCH WORSE before I go back here, if I do at all.

She left saying what a great experience it was. The doctor and staff were all very attentive, professional and kind. Caela helped fit my daughter for glasses and was patient and helpful. They were upfront with costs and the process was easy. I had a contact lens fitting - no high pressure sales. The office was bright and clean.
