- IIIrynaJan 28, 20262.0I rushed from work excited to check out my first Sculpt Yoga class and ended up forgetting the yoga mat and towel. Watch out: they want you to pay $4 to rent a mat and $2 to rent a towel?!! This sounds ridiculous. The class was good but the experience ruined.
- BLBilly LoveJan 21, 20265.0⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came to Carey’s 5:45 AM C2 class at CorePower Yoga Westminster as a normal person with a functioning body. I left as a hollowed-out vessel of sweat, enlightenment, and regret. This was not yoga. This was an endurance trial disguised as self-care. Carey stood calmly at the front of the room while the rest of us were fighting for our lives in poses that felt like they were invented specifically to test character, morals, and long-term goals. At some point my legs stopped working. My arms filed a missing persons report. My core simply opted out of existence. Carey? Unbothered. Serene. Smiling like this was all part of the plan. The cues were so precise I obeyed them without thought. If Carey had said “hold this until sunrise,” I would have accepted my fate. By the end: • My mat was a biohazard • My soul had left my body and come back stronger • I was staring at the ceiling questioning capitalism This class will: ✔️ Humble you ✔️ Break you ✔️ Rebuild you into something slightly more feral and powerful If you want to feel emotionally refreshed, Carey is your person. I will be back! 🧘♂️
- KGKelsey GreenbergNov 15, 20255.0I go to a LOT of workout classes and Rachel is by far the best instructor I’ve ever had. Her yoga sculpt classes will kick your butt in the best way possible. She is energetic, hilarious, personable, fun, and always has great music. She is the reason I keep coming back to core power at this location. She is also the reason, I will get up at 7am on a Saturday to join her class. Thank you Rachel for helping keep me motivated and fit!
