Poor experience (will not go into details) Patients shouldn't have to tolerate pharmacy staff who are irritated with their jobs, probably short-staffed, or dealing with personal issues, and who therefore behave rudely instead of showing understanding or taking the time to explain. Poor communication and behavioral issues at this Safeway branch. Better training and more compassion are urgently needed. This pharmacy is one of the worst I have encountered, and such misconduct should not be accepted. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. Do better.

Rude pharmacy representative. If you don't like your job, find a new one. If you're having a bad day, don't take it out on the customers. I called to check on my husband's prescription, and there was a lot of awkward silence, I thought the call had been disconnected. She finally responded and asked for the date of birth. Then she said they had just received the order and needed to work on it and run it through the insurance. I'm not sure how she plans on doing that if she hung up without asking me what insurance my husband has. She was very short and rude. If we didn't need meds I wouldn't bother to call. I apologize that my husband had a kidney transplant and needs medications.

Etti overstepped her bounds telling my mother’s doctor what and how much to give her. She even held my mother’s prescription hostage until my mother and her doctor had to find another pharmacy to fill it. It’s dangerous to abruptly stop this medication I might add and her withdrawals were horrendous until we got her medication filled by another pharmacy. Don’t ever come here. It’s the worst pharmacy we’ve ever used, plus our friends even left there because of Etti. She’s bosss, controlling, and tries to override people’s doctors with prescriptions. She needs to be fired

Always professional and caring. They are informed about my special meds and I don.t ever go without. I go an extra 5 miles to keep my medications here. The grocery is the same. Always helping me as I am using oxygen and I am a more mature adult.
