With literal tears, zero care but when I was struggling I was met with “well what do you want me to do? This needs to happen.” And I don’t know what I wanted to be done, more gentle, more breaks… now that Dr Tran is no longer there I will find somewhere with more compassion.

I gave them a call, they verified my insurance and got me in same day. From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist, everyone was so welcoming and professional. Happy to say I found my new dentist!
