- JSJennifer SchreckJan 24, 20261.0👎🏻 I had a very frustrating experience at the Little Care Clinic on 136th and Colorado. The clinic was running over an hour and a half behind schedule, and when staff finally addressed the waiting patients, there was little empathy for those who were clearly not feeling well. I was told I didn’t have an appointment and was asked to re-register, even though I had already checked in. Several other patients experienced the same issue, which made it clear the system wasn’t working properly. Unfortunately, instead of apologizing or offering help, the staff appeared annoyed and dismissive. Between the disorganization, lack of communication, and unprofessional attitude, I ultimately left without being treated. When you’re sick, the last thing you want is to feel like an inconvenience. I would NOT recommend this location based on my experience.

Very unprofessional and unserious, do not see them unless you’re going in for a stubbed toe.

It's not ok for me to be sitting out in the waiting room having the Dr. go over my symptoms and what kind of vaccine I got in from of everyone in the waiting room. She was going over personal questions, while everyone was just staring and looking at us both. I'm pretty sure this is against Hippa.
