  Christina has done a few massages for me. I always leave feeling way better physically and mentally than when I arrived. She worked on a sore muscle in my leg and it really eased my discomfort. She checks with me during the massage ---which I appreciate. Her experience and solid techniques are evident and I will definitely return to Christina at Sunflower Synergy.

  I have had a few massages from Christina & they have all been wonderful. She has worked out knots in my shoulders, relieved stiffness in my neck and pain in my lower back. Christina asks appropriate questions before beginning the massage so she can concentrate on the areas most important to me at the time. She's a great communicator throughout the massage to determine how I'm feeling. Christina's background in Occupational Therapy is apparent in the suggestions she gave me for ongoing exercises to help with balance & building strength which is so important for seniors like me.
