They put you on hold for a while then pick up and say “pharmacy please hold” like you haven’t been doing that already. And then they transfer you to a phone that goes to voice mail. When you call back, before you can even say anything, they put you on another hold and it’s an endless cycle. They have one job to do, to fill prescriptions, and they’re too incompetent to do that.

We have been very happy with this pharmacy for several years. Today my doctor asked me to call and get their fax number. I waited and waited and waited on hold. Les answers Bd acted like I was asking for his social security number. He refused to give me their fax number saying my doctor needs to call. He said he's not allowed to give it out unless he's speaking with a M.D.. I believe doctors have more to do than wait and wait and wait on hold. This felt absolutely ridiculous to where we will most likely be switching pharmacies. I’m not sure why their fax number is such a secret but, if my doctor gets it, I will post it to help others avoid the run around.
