Was told it take 20-30 minutes, it was actually 48 and nobody apologized or seemed to even care, in fact the pharmacist snapped at me when I asked how much longer. Plan to spend extra time waiting, don’t expect any kind of customer service and DEFINITELY don’t go to fill a prescription when you have other things to do with your life that day!! Or make your life easier and just go somewhere else

Patients should receive clear education at pickup so they don’t leave confused or needing to call their clinic with basic questions. Patient education is an important part of safe medication use. She explained how to get my prescription filled there the next time I needed it seeing this place is closer than the KS I usually fill my prescriptions. FYI, all their systems are connected so just call them up and you can start getting your prescriptions from this place if it is closer for you.
