Marked helped me work on the glitch in the system that corporate had where my pro membership has fallen off and i wasnt getting the benefits they sold me on. When calling customer service nobody answers and when you select a prompt they give you the system says it is not a valid selection. Absolute disgrage or the system. But Mark took it upon himself to rectify it and call me back!
