I am a big supporter of this store. We shop here often and everyone is always so pleasant. Yesterday I visited the pharmacy and the young man was so courteous and professional. I couldn’t be happier. Fast forward to today and the attitude from Stephanie was uncalled for, unprofessional, and the perfect example of what customer service should never be. They made a simple error to the cost of my medication and she got nasty with my wife because she had to redo everything and it would take her forever. NOT MY PROBLEM! THAT IS YOUR JOB! I’ll take my business to Walmart from now on!

Should be shut down. Making up a lie saying they don't have it and refusing to give me my medication and it's an emergency. Got an attitude too. I will be reporting this.

Having lived in the area for 17 years, Safeway's suckitude was well established a decade ago. I reserve special mention for the pharmacy. Maybe they're stressed, but hey so is everyone else. They're there to help people, and if that's not their thing, find something else to do.
Snotty techs and disinterested pharmacists. Take your business elsewhere. I am.
