It shows sometimes in their attitudes, or by never answering the phones when you need to call them for something. Kroger, please hire more people….at the very least!!

- DJDanny JonesNov 24, 20211.0Sooooo another issue I've ran into... I called 1.5hours before arriving at the pharmacy to see if my meds were ready. They were not. The lady I spoke to said in 1 hour they would be ready. I showed up 1.5hours later and was told they are still not ready. I suggested to Vince that maybe they should not give a time if they could not stand by it. He rudely started making excuses about its the day before a holiday. Understood... still don't say one hour when it's going to be more like 2 hours. It's always a excuse at this store. A Area manager should come down and straighten this out. The other issue I have is they don't speak to you when you call, someone picks up then straight to hold. Guess the customer service doesn't matter. As a customer we are always wrong!
