For the last two years I’ve been using this pharmacy and every time I pick up my prescription something goes wrong. I’m tired of being shorted on meds every single month, I’ve been given the wrong prescription more times then I can count. I’ve been told many times my script was not ready to be filled even though my doctor told me himself that the script was sent in and is ready. Because of the negligence of the people who work in this pharmacy I’ve had to go without my meds entirely which has caused many issues in my life.
If you are reading this review and considering using this pharmacy, don’t. There isn’t a single person working behind that counter that knows what they are doing. It’s clear that they are all there simply for a paycheck because after two years of nonstop drama with this pharmacy I haven’t had one single good experience.

I switched to this pharmacy to get away from unprofessional treatment. Within the last 9 months service and reliability went down the wrong road. There are a handful of good people that work here and are willing to help but not many. Needless to say I switched pharmacies.

I use good Rx and this is the cheapest place in town, however I have not been treated so rudely ever by any other pharmacy. I would say that their customer service needs some real directing. I waited in line with 1 woman in front of me for almost 20 min which is fine then when they finished the girl at the window proceeded to go grab some kind of lube and start scanning it in ( there was quite a few of them) I am waiting at the window a foot in front of her still with no acknowledgement finally she looks at me and says I'll be with you in a minute continued scanning in the items and then was absolutely snotty for no reason!!! I hope management will redirect them the last time I went there they were so rude I waited 2 days for my husband to return from work so he could go with me to get my prescription because their actions gave me a panic attack!!!
