Dr. Farnworth and his associates are outstanding professionals. Thank you for great service throughout the entire process, including the actual procedure done at St. Mary Corwin Hospital.

I asked for a referral here because my mother received good care and spoke highly of her doctor and the NP on staff. When I called to follow up on my referral, all the person calling back wanted to know was my insurance, to which I responded that I have two, BCBS through my employer that I pay for each paycheck, and Medicaid as secondary. I was promptly dismissed like I was gross, it was truly disturbing. I even thought maybe I was mishearing the woman on the phone or maybe she didn't hear me, so I kept stating I have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance as primary. She said "we won't see you, you have Medicaid" as though I had some repulsive disease they don't want in their clinic. I asked, okay, do you perhaps have a recommendation or referral for another orthopedic surgeon, I am unaware of another and only requested here due to my mother's experience. She was just as dismissive. I provide better customer service, care, and kindness at my job, and I'm not in healthcare, where an obligation to at least sort of care is assumed. I would think twice before even calling here, I am clearly not just some person abusing the Medicaid system...I pay for my insurance. What absolute rudeness.

Dr Farnsworth and staff was amazing. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Farnsworth and his entire team! Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy—I was seen within a week after putting off having my knee checked for months because I feared the worst and expected high out-of-pocket costs.
From the front office staff to April, who took my X-ray, everyone was professional, welcoming, and caring. Dr. Farnsworth clearly explained my condition, gave me honest facts, and walked me through my options, which I truly appreciated.
I received a knee injection, and just one week later my knee feels incredible! As someone who is very active in combat sports, I highly recommend Pueblo Bone Joint Clinic to my friends and anyone dealing with joint issues. Don’t wait—go get it checked!

Dr. Simonich and his team are amazing! I happened to call Pueblo Bone and Joint Clinic after having some difficulty finding an appointment in Cañon City. Dr. Simonich was able to see me pretty quickly and took immediate action to address my knee problems. My diagnosis was a torn ACL but luckily I was a candidate for a relatively new procedure - the BEAR Implant - which naturally restores my own ACL (very cool!). After a successful surgery, I am on the road to recovery - all thanks to the outstanding care I received. Thanks, Dr. Simonich and team!
