  had a small problem with my lenses while I was out of town spoke to John when I got back into town he took care of me take care of the difference this has got to be one of the best eyeglass places I've ever been to thank you guys for taking care of me I appreciate it but I will have to say I will never do business at the Pueblo eyemart express because of the extreme redness from the manager Jane very rude loud in front of people and I have no clue why she kept asking me and telling me that my glasses were like computers and they lost parts of my glasses the first time and if it wasn't for John one of the other managers taking care of my stuff nothing would have been taken care of and after they texted me and told me that my glasses are ready I came in the manager looked at me and told me that it would be an hour to an hour and 45 minute wait now one time did she make it attempt at just to hand me my glasses terrible customer service somebody needs to give her some classes on how to talk to people very rude to other customers too I'm surprised it's not other reviews on her thanks for everything John

  The Optometrist was very polite, and made me feel like I was in good hands with my eye care. The office is small but cozy and inviting. The staff was friendly and prompt. I didn't know shat to expect but I was very pleased. I had been going to the same eye Dr for years. I'm glad I made the right choice. Thanks to everyone there. Also the speed of how fast my glasses where complete after my visit was amazing. I usually have to wait a day or so. So that was refreshing.

  Tiffany and Jane are ALWAYS on top of it. Putting their customers first and foremost as well always making aware of changes of things we don't think about. These two have been and will be why we choose Eyemart over any other place. As well Dr Gowins staff.

  Jake was amazing. It was my first time getting glasses here, so I was a bit nervous, but he was very friendly and took the time to explain everything in a way I could fully understand. He had such a positive attitude, and the whole experience made me feel comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  It’s been a long time since I’ve been here and I remember the doctor being good, so I decided to try to schedule appointments for my family. After 2 bad experiences with office staff and over a month out for appointments, I have changed my mind. I first called to ask if they take Medicaid. The man who answered the phone asked, “For exams or glasses?” I was confused about why that made a difference but said, exams. He said, “then yes we do.” I asked if they didn’t take Medicaid for glasses and he said, “Medicaid stops covering glasses after 20.” The assumption that I was calling to make an appointment for myself is just ridiculous and even so, the answer to “Do you take Medicaid?” is yes. It is not correct that they don’t accept Medicaid for glasses, they were just making an assumption and giving me coverage information, which I already knew. Then, I put an appointment request in on their website for my 13 year old and sent a message explaining that I needed to make appointments for all of my children and myself but the scheduler was not working correctly. They then called my number and assumed I was the 13 year old. SMH. I’ve seen other complaints online about their staff, who clearly need to be trained better. I don’t know what world they are living in where children are scheduling their own doctor’s appointments.
