- VGVictoria GrigoryanDec 26, 20251.0Check-in experience on December 26, 2025 around 4:00 p.m. was extremely poor. The woman handling check-in showed no communication and no initiative. I stood there while she stared at her screen for long stretches at a time, close to 10 minutes, without acknowledging me, explaining what was happening, or asking a single question. There was no greeting, no updates, and no effort to move the process along.

I went here because my regular doc couldn't get me in for a same day, but in hindsight I should have gone to my regular doc anyway. I had to lead the doc into testing what I needed-- doc was trying to play off what I went in for as a normal thing. The test was positive and I needed meds. I found myself looking up the proper dose and suspension just in case before I took them. It's hard to trust a doc that seems so clueless. I'd give one star, but they were so friendly that I bumped it to 2.

- DCDavid CambraAug 16, 20211.0I was told The Little Clinic accepted my insurance and then later they billed me for $160 😡 I could have went to CVS for a free test. They did nothing different from CVS (nose swab)
