- VGVictoria GrigoryanDec 26, 20251.0Check-in experience on December 26, 2025 around 4:00 p.m. was extremely poor. The woman handling check-in showed no communication and no initiative. I stood there while she stared at her screen for long stretches at a time, close to 10 minutes, without acknowledging me, explaining what was happening, or asking a single question. There was no greeting, no updates, and no effort to move the process along.
- AAAlissaSep 15, 20255.0Unfortunately had to come in multiple times in a week for very painful paronychia. They were fast, efficient, SO friendly and nice. Helped me out with antibiotics and were so kind throughout the entire process. Sadly it ended up with a referral to the ER, but if I ever need care that isn't overly-urgent, I am happy to see them again. Also reasonably affordable to those who do not have health insurance. Thanks guys!

- D5delaney 5525Aug 14, 20165.0On 08/14/2016 We revived GREAT service, A+ service!!!!! 💯 The front desk lady Jan and the care provider Ann NP-C gave fantastic service and customer care. Saw that they disinfect the rooms each time. Also if there is a line they will text you in the store when your turn comes up. the NP-C preprinted a the list of vaccine that my daughter had and suggested the ones she was missing. I was surprised 😳because I thought she was caught up! She printed off the Government regestra. Totally awesome!!!! Great with giving shots too!!!! We went in for a physical, they did everything and more awesome attention to details and fabulous customer care and quality care. I cannot say enough!!!!💯💯💯 Wait time no more the 15 minutes, GREAT for school physical time. The last place I tried to get in was horrible!!!!
