Love that they have last minute appointments on weekends when our pediatrician is closed. Have saved our kiddo with ear infections that hit on a weekend. Staff and doctors are very nice, it’s clean and easy to make appointments online.

I had a very disappointing experience at The Little Clinic. My wife went there for a routine TB test required for her employment — something that should be 100% covered by insurance. The test requires two quick visits: one to administer the test and another to read the result. To our surprise, The Little Clinic billed the second visit as a separate “office visit” (CPT 99211), even though the reading is already included in the TB test procedure code (86580). As a result, insurance refused to cover it, and we were told it’s now our responsibility to pay. I’ve spent hours calling both The Little Clinic and Aetna, even getting them on the same call, but the clinic repeatedly said, “This is how we code it.” That’s not acceptable. Patients shouldn’t have to pay extra because of how the clinic chooses to bill something that’s part of a single test. I’ve been a loyal King Soopers and Kroger customer for many years, but this experience has really damaged my trust. I won’t be returning to The Little Clinic, and I’ll be rethinking where I shop and get healthcare services. Very disappointing and unfair billing practice. ********************************** I called the number listed below and spent 30 mins again on the call with 2 different representatives and they provided me the same answer "this is how we code it". Frustrating!

We came in for an appointment for my son who came down with a sore throat quickly suspecting it was strep. Nathan and Bonnie were so incredibly kind and patient with us as my son hates doctors and strep tests. I am so grateful that we found them and will be returning to Dr Nathan who was fantastic and gave us so much patience and grace with the entire process!! I felt like he listened and cared for my son and didn’t just dismiss his behavior or symptoms. Thank you!! 😊
