I just hade a very expensive RX filled Friday 12-29-23 and upon getting home and opening it I was short 1 item.... a $150.00 patch retail. My wife went in and the pharmacist whom we haver never seen before ( very short male with dark facial hair) with a very bad attitude told my wife the count was on and there was nothing he could do about it. I drove down to talk to this Pharmacist. I saw Zack behind the counter and new I would be in good hands. Zach saw me standing in line and immediately came to the counter. He said after my wife left he even went through the disposable papers to see if a patch may have been tossed, it wasn't. Without striking up a conversation, the same pharmacist said from the other service counter that he looked up the quantities and the count was on. Multiple times, he asked me if I understood what he was saying like a was a 6 year old. Zach ran a report and found that a box had been scanned with an improper amount of patches in it (I think that was it) Zach brought me the shorted patch and made sure they will have my business another 23 years! Zach, your the BEST!
