  I just had my first Immunity IV at Prime IV with Nurse Stephanie and had the best experience! She has such an incredible bedside manner — super friendly, easy to talk to, and made the entire process completely painless and comfortable. I honestly felt so relaxed the whole time. As a first-time visitor, I felt so spoiled getting to hang out in the massage chair and explore all the additional add-ons they offer. It truly felt more like a self-care experience than just an IV appointment. The owner was also incredibly welcoming, informative, and genuinely kind. You can tell they really care about their clients and creating a great experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for IV therapy done right!

  I was very impressed with Prime IV! The staff at both locations in Parker were incredibly professional and helpful. I asked a ton of questions because I had never done anything like that before and they were very knowledgeable. Both locations were very clean and the massage chairs were AAAAMAZING! Sara (Hess location) and Tammie (cottonwood location) were both incredibly kind and helpful in explaining things to me. I would absolutely recommend both locations to anyone!

  I rarely ever review places with a negative review. Can't remember the last one at least. I would agree with all of the wonderful reviews about the staff. I would also agree with all of the 1 star reviews regarding the membership, trying to cancel and charges that just won't stop. I was teetering back and forth with even writing a review, then I started reading the responses from the owner and decided I did indeed need to leave a review. Owner, feel free to passive aggressively tell me how sorry you are that I'm wrong. Meanwhile, you've charged me for more than 6 months of time that was not authorized. I willingly came in and purchased the membership. I did receive treatments several times and was very pleased with them. Life happens and I just could not fit it in my schedule anymore. I called to cancel and was talked out of doing so, but just to put it on "hold" for a few months, just in case. So I did. Life didn't get any easier to get there, so I called to cancel the membership. I was charged for it the following month. I called again and was told they had no record of me calling to cancel. So I drove there to cancel. They charged me the next month. I was out of the country. You see where I'm going with this. Finally, this morning out of absolute frustration, I called one more time, did not get an answer so I left a fairly scathing message that stated clearly who I am, why I'm calling and that if someone did not return my call today, I would call my bank and report this as fraud. No one has called me. I have now called my bank and made the fraud report. The bank has encouraged me to file a police report. My advice, there are ALOT of hydration places around, find anywhere else and protect your bank account from these people.

  Wow, Wow, Wow!!! I’ve never done anything like this before and this was the place to do it for sure!! From start to finish, every one of the ladies was fabulous and so helpful! I was so relaxed in the massage chair, I fell asleep, which never happens!! Thank you again for making my first IV trip one to remember, I will most definately be back with friends and family!!
