It has been so challenging to get refills. They will text you the prescription is ready for pick up. I show up and there’s hoops to jump through and repeated trips to pick up. Today the story was the provider pulled the prescription…cancelled it. Call the provider and they’re like nope. Everything is fine on our end. Ask them to run it again. I do and then they say it needs clearance from the pharmicist again. I ask how long. They say 10 mins. Come back and nope. Now it will be another 20 mins. The pharmacist isnt here. So I leave again without a prescription.

We are all overworked in our current society but dang, you don't have to be a jerk and throw my meds at me across the counter. Who are we? Savages? I don't remember his name, really wish I could - Scott, Rob maybe? Be kind, it's free. 😢❤️

Yesterday 10/16/25 around 10:30 am I went to the drive thru and had the worst experience with the pharmacist at the drive thru. She was immediately so rude and dismissive, obviously trying to get me to leave as quickly as possible. I asked why my prescription is $400 and that I normally pay $128 and at first she tried to tell me that it was because of insurance without looking at the computer. Which isn’t true and then she was insisting that the brand name and the generic are the same price and they can’t use the discount code (even tho after I left I called the discount code place she told me they use and they confirmed that is incorrect). Then she basically belittled me because I was getting upset that now I can’t afford my medication. She also was insisting that I shouldn’t get the generic version because it’s not going to be effective even tho I’ve been using the generic version for years with no issues at this point. I thought that was partly misinformation as well so a little confused why a healthcare worker would be saying that so carelessly without explaining. She had zero empathy and honestly hateful attitude with no effort to help me. I find it hard to believe that a pharmacist doesn’t know how to check why a discount card doesn’t work. It genuinely seemed like she was doing it on purpose. I went today again because I left with no resolution yesterday and I was afraid i was going to be treated like shit again but ended up having the nicest experience with Tamara!! I’m not sure what the other woman’s name is but I it was such a disheartening experience. I know that people are not nice to pharmacists but I don’t think the solution is to be horrible to customers who do nothing wrong.

I called around 12:25, and was immediately put on hold. I remained on hold for over 30 minutes so I went to the store, still on hold. I get there and they are closed for the lunch break that didn't begin until 1p. They just left me on hold and the woman that was there refused to help. This pharmacy has been horrible for years, but to put someone on hold until they hang up is another level of horrible service. I need to ensure a Rx is filled because my daughter was in the ER and needs pain meds and this is the service I'm met with.
