Terrible customer service, plain and simple. I received a text message saying it was the final reminder for me to pick up my medication (I had been delayed in picking it up sooner due to illness) and so I went it in on the "final day to pick it up." I was told by the very rude pharmacy tech that they didn't show any prescriptions for me. I explained that I received a text message and she replied that they had already put it back on the shelf acouple of hours before i arrived since I hadn't picked it up. If that's the case then the text message should not have said final day to pick it up. With the attitude of a child she expressed that they don't wait until the end of the day to put medications back. Then change your message to say that. It's not difficult to have the message say: "final reminder to pick up medication, please pick up by 5pm." I very politely expressed this suggested change to the actual pharmacist and in the process of speaking with her, the child like tech began making faces at me like it was my fault for their messaging and I shouldn't be complaining about it. If you don't like your job then change it. Don't take it out on the customer, especially if you can't handle a simple request. You need to remember that your working with and for the customer who don't feel good, are in considerable pain, or have other medical concerns. The last thing they need is a self entitled brat child serving up rudeness and attitude. If their are no customers, there is no need for you. Looking at other reviews it would seem customer service doesn't exist here at all. Sadly, this appears to be king soopers pharmacies in general as the pharmacy at the Parker Rd and Cottonwood is just as bad. Not sure how they do their hiring but it definitely needs to be reviewed. Plenty of better pharmacies like Walgreens or even Walmart that I'll go back to doing business with moving forward.

If I could leave less then 1 star I would. The high pitched, pinched up, power-hungry, "I have a doctorate" pharmacist and her other part-time rookie are simply laughable. To question my doctor's prescription for a hypothyroid medication that I have been taking for over 25 years ridiculous. She questioned my entire medical facility because she "is a part of my medical team" and they are doing it wrong. Uh no, you are not a part of my medical team you are a pharmacist that works in a grocery store. My doctor is my medical team. You have no right to change or withhold what my doctor prescribes. Because I told her that she wasn't a part of my health care team, she screamed to me "I will make it so that you can't get your medication here". Uh, okay.
