Take a class with Aliona or Angela if you can, they are awesome skilled teachers ! My body feels amazing after classes and I love the extra time you normally get to recover and relax after! Super clean studio and showers! Love this place!

Hands down, it has the best sense of community (and I have practiced at several others around the Denver area). It is fun, vibrant, and you always leave feeling better than when you came in. I particularly love that they offer a wide variety of classes, and also a wide variety of instructors; there are class/instructor combos that are great for when you need your hour to be more chill/meditative, and then options for those who want an energetic, pumped up workout. There truly is something for everyone here. **Also you get chilled face cloths at the end of each class and it is just the cherry on top!
