I was visiting family in Aurora when I rather suddenly experienced a severe toothache in a lower back molar and frantically called several dentists seeking an immediate appointment. Dr. Serrine was able to see me in 3 hours. I didn’t know he was new to private practice…and I’d never have guessed. His professionalism, courtesy, respect, and skill was on a par with the very best I’ve seen. The entire office staff couldn’t have been more accommodating to my urgent and very painful situation. Not only that: when he discovered I’d been inadvertently overcharged, he refunded me about 25% of what I’d paid (although I’d have paid double the original fee and considered it $ well-spent! He’s tops!

I love being able to get everything done in one visit. My crown was made while I waited, which was a huge help, so I could get back to work. I needed a small cavity filled and Doc did it right after Katie (amazing) did my cleaning. 10 minutes and I was done. They really want to help make it easier for you to get care. They are all awesome!!
