I will say that WE can do better as customers and have our stuff ready when we call. That said, Shannon was very friendly and helpful. The next morning when I arrived, I was greeted by the very friendly office staff. Then I was seated in the dental chair by the dental assistant. She made me feel better about the reason I was there and also did a great job getting me settled it, taking X-rays. Dr. Sirrine then saw me and we talked about what was going on with me and laid out a course of action. He addressed the immediate issue and helped me feel better about what was going on. Before leaving, I worked with Shannon to go over a schedule and costs. It does help to have good insurance, which I do. I left the office feeling much better about my own situation and I'm looking forward to returning to get everything taken care of. Castlewood Dental really is terrific. I highly recommend that office.
