  I had a broken tooth and was in a lot of pain. I found Castlewood Dental on the internet and was able to make a same day appointment. Dr. Ben was so kind and knowledgeable. He listened to what I was saying and he made me feel heard and cared about. Dr. Ben told me I needed to get a root canal. Castlewood Dental does not do root canals but the dentist they got for me was incredible. Shannon called 4 different dentists to see if she could get me an appointment same day. She did! The effort and care the team puts into your care is exceptional. I returned to get my crown on and that experience was great. Carl is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Chris, assisted Dr. Ben in the procedure. He is kind, warm, knowledgeable, and experienced. He communicated with me every step of the way and gave positive reinforcement. The two ladies up front, Shannon and Katie, are angels. They have a way of making you feel like the most important person they will see that day. Shannon and I have communicated via text and she has always been very responsive and timely. I text Shannon because I needed to reschedule due to a financial issue. She offered me options that made it possible for me to still be seen today. She is truly my guardian angel. You will not regret chosing Dr. Ben and his team for your dental needs.

  Friendly staff, and a dentist that has great chai side manner, instilling comfort and confidence. Highly recommended!

  If more places were like Castlewood Dental, less people would hate the dentist. All the staff are super friendly, positive, professional and nice, especially Dr. Sirrine. Great location and appointments are very easy to arrange (I love that you can book online and change appointments via text). I highly recommend Castlewood Dental!

  My crowns came in and I was scheduled the following day to have them become permanent. The scheduling and procedure were a delight. I’m quite pleased with how they were handled and it was very pleasant in the office!

  I was in pretty severe tooth pain all night. I found this office on Google and was able to make an appointment immediately. They got me right in and fixed the issue. Customer for life.
