  This place is great! I’ve been coming here for a few months now, for physical therapy and acupuncture. The staff are wonderful and I’ve been able to heal from my injuries with their help! I couldn’t be happier about the service I’ve received. Would recommend to anyone dealing with pain.

  It is absolutely wild to me that because of a "company policy" change, I can no longer complete my injections at my local office. Instead, I would be be forced to go to their new expansive surgery center near DTC. I have been getting injections with them for YEARS. It's clear it is time to move on to a new company all together. It should not be my responsibility to pay for your new surgery center that I didn't ask for. This is not considerate of patient care or time. This is all about money. DO BETTER!

  Absolutely terrible. They clearly don't know what they are doing. Lost my paperwork and made wrong type of appointment even after I informed them on prior day over and over that I didn't want to make a chiropractor appointment. Total waste of my time. Completely incompetent. Sounds like it's just a money grab operation and has little to do with patient quality of service.

  Brianna O'Connor is absolutely the best provider I have ever seen she has helped completely change my life. She is the first provider I've ever had that truly cares to help find and treat the problem vs just throwing meds around. She actually listens to understand not just listen to respond. She makes an effort a real actual effort. I've lived in just a big question of misery for as long as I can remember and got significantly worse about 10 years ago and no one has taken the time to help or know how to help or had any ideas on how to help or believe me. Then I magically landed in bri's office and she has gotten to the bottom of everything and helped point me the right directions and stays on top of it. She has not only changed my life in a medical standpoint but also emotionally. The courage and confidence and validation and just everything she has helped me build is truly unbelievable and life changing. She has changed my life in ways that I never thought possible. She is truly an incredible provider and human. My son and husband love coming with me to appointments they always look forward to seeing her. I look forward to every single appointment. her happy bubbly personality overflows into every aspect from patient to ma to front desk etc I highly highly recommend her for hundreds of reasons she is truly one of a kind.

  I am so disappointed was going here during a difficult time having a effraction rate of 10 percent due to heart failure . Was seeing Rachel Cole and a PT every week which was a lot for me due to having to have oxygen 24 hours 7 days and at times didn’t have extra tanks to take . But still headed in for Therapy , meds and injections anyhow out of nowhere she tells me I’ve missed appointments one to many due to Covid and of course my health condition . She tells me she can’t give me meds anymore but can go to a list of other doctors giving me one more script . So I continue to go to PT and go back to my Doctor as she advised only because I couldn’t get in anywhere and was running out of meds . Anyhow she lied whatever she said in the file was not what she told me . she has made my life miserable and I’ve been bed ridden and sick and my Doctor that she advised me to go back to won’t give me meds and I have to go to another pai. Management . And to imagine I kept going to there PT thinking they had my best interest and would help me . What a mistake this has been worse then when diagnosed with heart failure I almost feel like getting legal advice this was not only emotionally but physically horrific . They could of made exception due to my health issues .
