Mountain view Pain Center at Northglenn Colorado and corporate contacts did nothing to address the corruption caused by their processing of insurance claims. I have generously given them over 1 year to resolve this issue while working with my insurance company. My insurance company launched an investigation and has mountain view pain center on a voice recorded line confirming that for over 19 months prior to December 2024 I only received 2 types of treatment at each of my visits with Grant Johnson (he now practices at a different Mtn View Pain center location) yet Mountain View Pain Center incorrectly process claims via their contract with Columbine health that submitted to insurance 3 types of treatment at each of my visits. As a result of this fraudulent misfiling my insurance did not properly apply my payments of $1,102 to my deductible and has since listed this practice as fraudulent. I and Insurance contacted Mountain View Pain center to correct this over 12 times over the last year but all they did was resubmit the fraudulent claims rather than correcting them. For my last visit in December 2024, I and my insurance had Mountain view pain center directly process that visit correctly to illustrate the proper claim that matched the services I received. The remaining 19 visits must be properly resubmitted. The administration, billing, and insurance processing of this firm is fraudulent.
