  On my initial visit, a student was with the provider but I wasn't asked for consent until the student was already in the room. I felt pressured to consent as the student was already present. I have a prescription that can only be written for 30 days at a time. Other providers send in multiple post dated scripts. This is the first provider I've ever heard of not willing to do that. In addition, it took multiple phone calls over 2 days to get the script filled. My most recent visit, she changed a dosage but never called in a script. Every provider I've ever had sent scripts without being asked, so I didn't think to specify that I needed her to, but I guess that's not how they work. I spoke to a manager before I signed up and asked about providers at the central location. I paid the $300 sign up fee based on that location being available, and only 5 weeks later I'm being told they're closing the location and won't refund my initiation fee. If I had known that location wouldn't be available, I never would have signed up. The whole thing felt like a money grab to sell vitamins, because she kept recommending the insanely expensive Metagenics vitamins that they want to sell you. The ones I bought are comparable in dosage and third party lab verified, but apparently they work better if Flying Horse makes money on them. I haven't found anything concierge about this practice. It has been more of a headache than it's worth, and I regret signing up with them.
