  Friendly and professional care is always provided each time I visit Kirk Eye Center. Dr. Kirk is very personable and focused on my concerns and answers any questions I may have. His staff exhibit the same qualities.

  I waited almost an hour to get into see Dr. Kirk. I am recoverying from hip surgery and I cannot sit that long. Had the appt for a year and a week before my appt they wanted to change it. They did eventually keep the original appt but ran terribly late. But the staff and Dr. Kirk are very professional and friendly.

  I normally have a great experience here but I needed to reschedule an appointment this morning that I was running 10 minutes behind to and I spoke to Martha on the phone. She was nothing short of horrific. Extremely rude, interrupted me while talking, and made me feel like an issue the entire duration of our 2 minute phone call. I didn’t enjoy that experience one bit and now I have to wait an entire month before I can be scheduled again. Please check your receptionists attitudes, they are the ones dealing with your patients. My appointment was also scheduled for over an hour today, not sure why 10 minutes mattered so much to her.

  I was very pleased with my annual eye exam at the Loveland Kirk Eye Center. Preliminary sign in was handled by text messaging. My appointment was on time with no waiting for the refractive exam. The doctor's exam followed immediately and all my questions about my particular eye problems were answered to my satisfaction.
