- ATAna ThorneJul 20, 20211.0I tried to get my prescription moved from Sams to King Soopers so I could take advantage of a GoodRX coupon. I waited several days for the pharmacy to fill the new prescription as I am a new patient for this pharmacy. But apparently waiting a whole 8 days wasn’t long enough. Prescription was sent in on Monday, I went in on the following Saturday and they didn’t have it. I signed up for text alerts at the counter and they said the meds weren’t in yet, they should be In on Monday and to call if I didn’t get a text alert. No text came on Monday. I called Tuesday. It was like I didn’t even go in on Saturday. Text alerts weren’t actually set up, and apparently the meds still weren’t there until Wednesday. Yeah, right. It’s too bad they have the lowest cost of meds on GoodRX. I’ll have to go back to paying more for my meds just so I can have a reliable pharmacy. This country’s healthcare system is honestly a joke, but King Soopers could be doing a lot more to alleviate consumer pain. Do yourself a favor- Just steer clear of this pharmacy for your own sanity.
