The first issue was handled professionally by a reasonable manager who listened and resolved the matter — full credit to him for that. The second incident happened over the 4th of July, 2023 weekend. When I calmly expressed disagreement with the cancellation policy and called it “BS,” the front desk employee completely overreacted. Instead of staying professional, she tried to throw me out of the gym simply because she didn’t like my choice of words. I wasn’t rude, aggressive, or disrespectful — I just disagreed. She eventually did what I asked, but only after unnecessary drama, and even then, it wasn’t done correctly. I’m not writing this to criticize management — they’ve shown reason and professionalism. My poor rating is directed at the two female staff members who seem to forget that customers deserve respect and calm service, not emotional outbursts. If management can train these employees to handle situations with composure, this gym could be a great place again.
