The Optometrist in this LensCrafters is amazing but the LensCrafters itself needs help. On 3/10/2025 I went into this store and paid 450.00 for a pair of prescription sunglasses I got home and realized I do not have the receipt. I called them and was told they can mail it to me. Fast forward 3 months, still no recipe. I call them back and was Immediately placed on hold. 5 minutes later I once again requested a receipt for the glasses prescription sunglasses. I requested they email them to me to make things simpler at the time they stated this would not be an issues. Two months later I called back because I had no email and it was not mailed to me. This time they stated that they had no way to email (I know the butcher down the street can email but not Lens crafters). We verified the mailing address and once again I waited with nothing coming in. Today I stopped by. An associate greeted me and I stated I am only here to get a receipt. She said it would be a few minutes and went and stood in the corner watching people. A couple came in after me and was helped immediately. After 5-10 min the same lady that was standing around was able to pull my receipt. This is not mentioning the issues I have had with past glasses orders and their inability to listen to their customers. I will be going elsewhere from now on for my glasses

Do not buy luxury sunglasses here. They will sell you a 1200 pair and only offer services or warranty work for a year. I treated myself to a postpartum present and I'm feeling regretful of my choice. If I would have known that protection on my glasses only lasted one year I absolutely would have avoided buying Prada. Even my prescription lenses weren't warrantied beyond 1 year.
When I initially got into my luxury glasses I had to bring them back because the lenses were distorted. It was a whole process but I gave them grace through it all.
Ultimately I just feel like I was scammed and I absolutely will never buy luxury frames ever again.

Cindi Starck was amazing! She was knowledgeable, patient, helpful, kind and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I knew I was in good hands with Cindi helping me. I hope you do something to make her feel as special as she is and as special as she made me feel.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
