- SNScotty NOct 5, 20231.0I was at a doctor's office and they faxed a prescription for me to King Soopers. They also gave me the paper copy, just in case. When I stopped at King Soopers, they couldn't find the fax, so I gave them the paper copy that I had. This was at at 1230, and I was told it would be ready after 3pm. I returned at 3:30 and after searching high and low for my prescription, was told now it will be after 4:30pm. 40 extra miles driving back and forth. King Soopers hates the environment apparently. Am I expecting it to be ready at 4:30? Not really. They've already shown me their incompetence. Hope they fill the prescription correctly after working on it for so many hours.
