If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I did everything ahead of time to make sure this place took our insurance. They informed me they did. They took a co-pay when my daughter went in. They gave her a strep test, a covid test and a flu test all negative. The doctor didn’t prescribe anything and just told her she had a nasty virus. No cough meds. Nothing. Fast forward to a month later and I receive no invoice or anything. They had kept my credit card and charged $300 without my knowledge and NOW they are trying to collect another $221. Over $500 for a 15 minute visit? One that they said was covered with our co-pay? If you go here pay cash. Don’t let them have any access to your credit card I am absolutely contacting my insurance company tomorrow and possibly a lawyer.

I had cut my wrist badly building a shed in my backyard. It was about 4:30 in the afternoon. On a Saturday. I went straight to their office in Lewisville and they got me right in staff was very very friendly. made me feel very comfortable. Stitched me up and sent me on my way. This place is an a+ in my book!

I unfortunately cut my knuckle much deeper than I thought and my family doctor told me I needed to go to urgent care to get stitches. We have never been to an urgent care here, so I looked up the closest one and unbeknownst to me they took appointments! So between my work schedule and kids, I was able to schedule an appointment, show up, be taken straight back, and everyone I saw was absolutely amazing! They looked at my finger thoroughly and when they agree stitches were necessary , they cleaned it very well numbed it and did the stitches…all within 40 minutes! I am so impressed and will absolutely be using them if necessary and of course tell everyone in Superior about them ….but hopefully, not anytime soon!!!!
Honestly i would give 0 starts if I could. I will not go back to this facility for any treatment again and would not recommend this to anyone. If you have anything but an UTI, simple cold or flu, just get yourself to ER to save more time.
on March 15th Sunday, My mother was experiencing severe dehydration due to then suspected Rota virus infection, and upon checking her vitals, the nurse quickly initiated an IV and called for ambulances and paramedics. There was no clear communication provided to us about why such an immediate escalation was necessary, especially as her condition appeared to stabilize after receiving IV fluids.
Shortly thereafter, two ambulances and about 6 paramedics arrived. This was an extremely distressing and overwhelming experience for all of us. At no point were we given an explanation of the situation, the reasoning behind the decision, or the potential financial implications had we been transported. Fortunately, my mother’s vitals improved and we did not proceed with ambulance transport, but the lack of transparency was very concerning.
Additionally, throughout the visit, there was little to no communication from the care team. We did not feel informed, reassured, or supported during what was already a stressful and vulnerable situation. The overall tone felt rushed, with minimal empathy or patient-centered care. Given that this occurred close to closing time, it gave the impression that there was a desire to expedite our departure rather than ensure a thoughtful and compassionate approach to care.
While I respect the clinical judgment of your staff, I believe patients and their families deserve clear communication, empathy, and transparency—especially when decisions involve emergency services and potential significant costs.
I would appreciate a response that helps us better understand:
1. The rationale for calling emergency services so quickly
2. Why this decision was not clearly communicated to us at the time
3. What steps your team takes to ensure patients are informed and supported during urgent situations

I’ve been here twice; once for myself and another time for my brother who was visiting from abroad.
Got treated quickly both times and the staff is very knowledgeable and kind.
Coincidentally, both visits were about back pain (we both suffer from some severe scoliosis and surgery history for that). We were given some painkillers and prescribed some muscle relaxants after hearing our med history and details about the recent pain and activities that have caused it.
The front desk personnel is great too.
