- JLJennifer Lesea-AmesDec 6, 20251.0The pharmacy (computer glitch?) screwed up my refill on a very important medication. I had documentation to prove otherwise and I was told my documentation, which was given to me by the same pharmacy last month, was useless. The pharmacy tech was such a jerk and rude he didn’t even have an ounce of sympathy or apologized. I will never give this pharmacy another dime of my money and will be transferring my prescription elsewhere. Do not use this pharmacy if your health depends on you getting your meds.
- SPSandy PinkertonNov 21, 20251.0I made an appointment to get my Covid and flu vaccine and they told me to wait in line which had 10 people waiting to pick up their medications. I left. Why make an appointment if I then have to wait. Plus the lady was rude and unhelpful. I’ll head to Safeway.

They helped the customer get set up for an appointment and even verified our prices for them. She went the extra mile to locate a pharmacy that would have his prescription in stock and gave him all the information he would need to bring to us. I was really impressed and appreciative that she went to the extra length to help this person get the medication they needed.
- RCRed CarnbyAug 1, 20221.0Go anywhere other than this pharmacy. Here are my complaints: - All the recent staff members have been pretty rude and/or short. Note that not all of them act this way. - Impossible to get ahold of them via phone. They put you on hold until you're redirected to the general KS number. For the past year I haven't been able to actually talk to anyone about my prescriptions on the phone. I have to walk in there. - Prescriptions, even high-priority ones, take a long time to get ready (days). I've had to contact my doctor's office and get them to cancel/re-send prescriptions over to another pharmacy multiple times. - Obviously short-staffed
